1. Service Description

SoiKio is an AI-powered investment research platform that provides multi-analyst analysis of financial instruments. The platform generates analytical reports using 18 independent AI analysts. SoiKio is an analysis tool, not a financial advisor.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use SoiKio. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use SoiKio for personal investment research. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit SoiKio's analysis outputs without written permission. Automated scraping or bulk data access requires an Enterprise subscription.

4. Subscription & Billing

Explorer accounts are free with usage limits. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate specified on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

SoiKio's methodology, agent architecture, and platform code are proprietary. Analysis outputs generated for your account are licensed to you for personal use. The SoiKio name, logo, and branding are trademarks of DATAXYZCONNECT LTD.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoiKio provides analysis for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on our analysis. Past performance of our analytical outputs does not guarantee future accuracy. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
